I have a pc install Vmix 4K version with key.
Few weeks ago the os system has an error, so I reinstall the windows (with key) and reinstall the Vmix.
When I enter the key, Vmix say “Hardware has change” and show me connect to Vmix page to register the key.
But I can’t register the old key of Vmix again.
The problem here is: I reinstall the Vmix to my old pc but Vmix say “Hardware has change” and I lost my Vmix key.
I don’t change anything about the hardware !!!
Can anyone explain for me ???
