I love VMix but I had an issue today. I think I am missing a step

I have done a few video interviews seamlessly. Today however when the caller entered his password and name he saw himself on his VMix blue screen, but I did not get the call on mine.

Is there a step I am forgetting?

Any assistance would be deeply appreciated!

Checking the 'Call Manager' did you see that the caller was connected?
It may have been that a typo was made in the URL for the caller password.

We tried changing the URL and password a couple of times but no luck.

Yes it was. Green all the way but no picture or audio on either end.

Thanks for the additional info, Jeff.

No picture, or audio, may be an issue wherein the browser isn't connected to the camera, or microphone. Normally, when one connects they need to provide permission for the browser to access the camera and microphone.
What browser was your guest using?
