Is it possible to use 59.97 fps on stream destination 1 and set 30 fps to stream destination 2?

According to this screenshot, it looks possible, but I do not have "Input Size" and "Frame Rate" options that are shown in this screenshot when I look at my Streaming Settings?

It looks like this is a screenshot from an earlier version of vMix and these options have been removed from this dialog. So, apparently it is not possible to stream 60fps and 30fps simultaneously to 2 different sources.
