The vMix Desktop Capture for Mac version on the websites download page is listed as 20.0.0.4, however, the version that downloads is 20.0.0.3.

Any ideas if the correct version could in another location. I also tried vmix.com/ndi and 20.0.0.3 is there as well.

I am having the same version issue on a Mac running El Capitan OS. The software in the about dialog indicates the software is version 1. The software displays 20.0.0.3 instead of 20.0.0.4 Thus far I have not been able to recognize any connections from this software. It simply is not working with my system.

I have been unsuccessful to have Vmix desktop capture NDI for Mac work on either of two systems. One has OS High Sierra, the other El Capitan. I am interested to know if others using a Mac as an NDI source has success at this. thank you.

While I respect that everyone wishes to use the latest version of software available, I've had no issues using vMix Desktop Capture 19.0.0.3, on OSX version 10.12.6, connecting with vMix version 21.0.0.47.

It might be helpful, if possible, to regress to an older version to see if you have better luck.

If you're having trouble you might also consider using the related screen capture utilities from Newtek or Sienna.
