Hi,

Since it is flickering to a different camera angle, it looks like a signal issue with the Decklink Duo 2 card.
Run a test with just one SDI input being used, if it doesn't flicker to a non-sdi vMix input then you can
know for sure there is a capture card issue.

It is then likely a signal loss issue, so swapping out the SDI cables would be the first thing to try.

Regards,

Martin

Hi Admin,

Thanks for reply.

I tried to swapping out the SDI cables, but it still not change.

I see it is not flickering when only camera source. But when key to Virtual Studio, is is flickering.

Stronger key get flicker very much.

I think the issue doesn't come from the capture card.

Regards!

For the benefit of others that might run into this issue:

This appears to be caused by a program called "RIVA Tuner Statistics Server" (RTSS)
This is one of many applications that hijacks GPU based applications for various purposes (most get installed as bundled software on laptops).

These programs have much more in common with viruses and trojans than your average application and use various undocumented and unsupported methods in Windows and are often
hard to detect as a result.

These programs go by many names, but are generally "gaming overlay" apps (that have features to put their own graphics over the top of games).
If users happen to find programs like this on their vMix PC or laptop, it is highly recommended you uninstall it!

Martin

Sorry for my reply lately.

I tried to uninstall RTSS and some softwares which support VGA.

Anything is ok.

Special Thanks!
