What bitrate I should use if I have only 25Gb limit and about 9-10 hours of transmition?

You can use a 5mbit/s stream. 5mbit = 0,625 MByte/s 0,625 x 3600 = 2250 MByte/h 2250 x 10 = 22500 MByte. This would be pure upload. Consider that you will need some download traffic as well and that even with CBR you would want to plan for a bit headroom.

And, thanks for Mavik in calculation, but - use 4 Mbit/s stream - in this calculations don't checked "payload" traffic - you send 1MB, but provider see 1,1 and other. And - check tariff-plan from provider - most don't control upload, they see download (for you). In upload they can shape speed

hours * 3600 * (bitrate/8)
