We are sending an HDMI signal through an HDMI extender to a switch and then out to two TVs. It was working fine until we purchased the Basic HD version. Now, instead of showing the fullscreen window, it shows the entire PC screen on the two TVs. However, if I connect a single TV directly to the HDMI output, I get the correct fullscreen. Could using the Basic HD version rather than the Demo be the culprit? Do I need to get a higher version? Anything else I should check?

What device are you using to split the HDMI signal? I use an HDMI hub (1 input to 4 outputs) without any problem. I don’t see the version of vMix being the problem if it works with a single TV and not with both...
Are you still using the switch when only 1 TV is connected? Or are you removing the switch when you test that... just trying to get an idea of the workflow. Troubleshoot with changing only 1 variable at a time to isolate the issue.

Thanks for the response. I figured it out. Just for your info my system is set up like this: PC -> HDMI out->HDMI Transmitter Extender/converter->CAT6 Ethernet->Switch->HDMI Reciever->HDMI->TV. I have two outputs to TVs. It works very well. I racked my brain last night thinking what has changed since it last worked properly. Two things, I purchased the Basic HD license and there was a Windows 10 update which I hadn't thought about. I checked it this morning and the Windows update had changed my displays from "Extended" to "Duplicate". I changed it back and everything works. Thanks again!
