hi martin, i frequently use the multiview function. there are three issues you could maybe address at some point. 1 the new function to store a specific multi view setting is great. It would be nice to be able to name them. 2 in the layout it is difficult to exactly align the multiview. it would be handy if the alignment in y (vertical) uses the same baseline and preferably a selectable snap to grid (5 or 10 px) function 3 when aligning the multiview i noticed something strange: having aligned the multiview exactly on the lower side of the inputs in preview the multiview is shifted a little in the recording view. why this is so i can not explain. it is something in vmix itself. now i have to align and then shift one of the inputs 1 or two px so in recording they match. ps. i use a multview in overlay mode, so that a powerpoint is big and a video of the speaker is small. the pp ( desktop capture) is over the video which is 'cropped' on both sides: left with the overlay pp and right outside the view window. the lowerside is exactly aligned. that's where the pixelshift occurs. See video below with example multiview use. example movie with multiviewgreetings stefan
