Any attempt to set Input Rows beyond (1) on a Windows 64 bit version 11 results in a squeezing of the Preview and Output screens as well as transition options. If vMix is maximized this always occurs. If vMix is slightly adjusted with pinch and stretch, you can view the Preview and Output screens somewhat. Bottom line: it appears that using only (1) row works.

Make sure your monitor can support 1920x1080. This is the only way I know of to get a clean 2 row use.
