Hello,
I'm new her in the forum and as user of Vmix. Normaliter i'm using VidBlaster, but starting with a new project i'm now using Vmix. It is used for a live television program.
But i have a small issue. When i'm starting a movie (.mov container), it takes a second or a half second, when it starts to play. So, the first time i'm seeing only a freeze frame, and then after a second, it start playing. How can i avoid this, en let the movie start immediately after cutting.
Hope you can help me.
Alfred

Alfred, not all mov files are made equal. It usually comes down to codec. If you want a windows machine to play video smoothly then avoid mov files. especially if they came directly from a MAC. Your just asking for trouble. convert them to a WMV, MPG or AVI file. Even MAC's can output other file formats if you push the operator hard enough.
