Hi Guys,

I have just acquired a Magewell USB SDI Gen 2 capture card to use it with vMix installed on my notebook (Acer Predator 17) and I can not get video in the vMix but only audio. To be noted that:
- I tried on my other vMix systems (3 of them), desktop based, and it works perfect
- The capture card and the video signal are visible in Skype and in VLC on notebook but not in vMix
- I closed all applications that could keep the USB port busy
- After I add the USB SDI source in vMix and, as I said, I am getting only audio, if I try to reset the input I am getting the following error "Capture device could not be loaded".

Any idea?
