my computer did the april 2018 MS update, and now wont load vmix. I tried the knowledge base fix, but when I ran it said not applicable to my computer. Need help, or may just try to restore before update but computer is still prompting me to update.

You are not giving us enough information, but I am going to guess that you have a laptop with "optimus".

If you upgrade to version 21 you will be fine.

It's a laptop with Nvidia, enable Optimus graphics in performance is unchecked

I tried 21 last weekend and was having issues with maxing out cpu, so went back to 20 till I have time to test more.
