I’m trying to understand this exact situation here. Has anyone had any issues with Facebook when streaming (non Facebook's API, i.e. RTMP) simultaneously to other destinations?
If not, can we be quite open about it, e.g. trail it on the show “Watch us live on Facebook & YouTube”? Or would that be tempting fate?
Thanks for any clarity on this.

AFAIK there is nothing in Facebook's TOC that prohibits streaming to Facebook and other destinations. In other words, you can be open about it.

Facebook are very vague about this.
The only reference I can find is in the API Platform Policy which states:-
'Don’t build apps that enable publishers to simultaneously stream to Facebook and other online streaming services'.
