Audio Issues on Callers end

I am trying to use the VMixCall as an input. The person on the other end of the call gets program Video and Audio back on their end. How can I make it so the do not here themselves mixed in with the Program Audio? I am using a Yamaha 4 Channel mixer with Mic input and USB input and Output as my audio device. It functions as my audio playback device in order for me hear the caller as well.
Am I just screwed because I can't turn off the Call audio for the caller without turning it off for myself?

@Travis
You may have your audio mixer improperly connect because vMix Call sets up an automatic mix/minus so that the caller does not hear their own audio.
Please describe or show how your mixer is connected to your PC and what audio inputs and outputs you are using.

@Tom,
It was definitely the way my mixer was hooked up to the PC. I simply had to use a separate audio out to hear the caller rather than feeding the caller audio back into my mixer (which was serving as the line in audio). My mixer only has 1 mix out. So i had basically created a loop.
