Has anybody encountered this error message before? Our stream output window indicates our bitrate is 1.5mbps, AAC 96kbs, but we are getting an error saying, "At least one video bitrate is required."

We are using a saved session that has worked without error until today. We have also disabled our Facebook Live output, so I'm assuming the FB outage is not the issue.
