Hi, is anyone know if the possibility to control 4 mic individual in vmix from the audio mixer, if so, how?

Use ASIO4ALL driver (or check to see if your mixer has ASIO driver) This will give you individual channels. Behringer UMC404HD is good example which has its own ASIO driver and all 4ch XLR inputs are available as separate inputs in Vmix and be controlled individually through vMix Audio panel or Midi control (with shortcuts enabled) like Akai APC Mini.
