Can any wonderful person help me figure out why a camera would be displaying like this in vMix? I have confirmed that the camera is displaying in Avermedia correctly, it is only when trying to view it in vMix that this is occurring. Thankyou in advance for any help you can offer!

Sorry for double posting, I just wanted to give an update.
The camera in question was connected via a HDMI extension adapter over twin 30m Ethernet cables. The adapter is a passive/active unit (meaning it can run either powered or unpowered)
As it turns out, using the power supply was "overdriving" the signal causing the distortion you see. The camera itself was providing enough signal strength to drive the feed over a total of 40m via HDMI unpowered and is now working perfectly.
I'm posting this on the off chance that others may find the solution useful in future.
