AFAIK, thus is not yet possible?

One can enlarge the 'pre-preview' of an input to almost full screen, however this function can not yet be assigned to a a shortcut key.
This is preferred.

This is doable in studio.

just use a blank studio template. use your cam in one layer then setup zoom.
