If Value is colour name:
Ex: http://127.0.0.1:8088/api?function=SetTextColour&Value=Black&Input=NewsHD5.xaml&SelectedIndex=0
is working properly,

But with Html Colour (HEX)
http://127.0.0.1:8088/api?function=SetTextColour&Value=#000000&Input=NewsHD5.xaml&SelectedIndex=0
is not working, is it a bug?
