How do I monitor a camera mic in headphones along with the standard program out?

I have a camera attached to a Spark with 2 mic sources, one ia a lav mic on the camera man. I want the T.D. to be able to hear what the camera man says. But only put the audio from that source to master bus when he clicks the button in the audio mixer.

Thank you for help.

The SOLO button (S) in the vMix Audio Mixer will isolate the Audio of that Input as the only audio in your headphones, but you can only Solo one Input at a time and you would have to mute the audio to Program Output. So I'm not sure if that is as complete a solution for you as what you are looking to do, but it might be a simpler option than configuring some fancy audio routing with the audio buses and your speaker/headphone sources, that is, to basically listen to Bus A in your headphones and only send the Input to Master when ready (possible, you just have to be well aware of what you are doing and how to "undo it" later so as to not totally mess up your audio monitoring).
Just my thoughts.

SOLO button wont work because we need constant monitoring of both by TD. But Thank you for comment.

I pretty sure what I need to do involves routing a special mix to head phones.

I cant use B channel becuase I am routing the TD mic to B channel and then out NDI so I can hear what he says to me at the camera by listening to "viewing" a NDI source on my cell phone.

You can use Matrix in Input settings for inputs to accomplish what you are looking for.
