I have two USB web cam's that I have been able to record with using the multicorder. However I need the two videos merged into one video file which according to the features "Video and Audio PlayLists - Combine multiple video and/or audio files into a single Input" should be possible however I seem to be getting lost when creating the playlists. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Not sure I fully understand what you mean by "merge".
The playlist is exactly that, a list or collection of video clips that are assembled as one "input" and can be played sequentially, automatically, as long as that input is "live" or active.
If you have the video files from each camera, you can add them to a "list" input, i.e. a "playlist" and they will each play individually in their entirety one after the other, but they are not "merged" in the sense that they play together or simultaneously, if that is what you mean.
