As soon as I disable IPV6 on the network adapter, .52/.53 are announcing their NDI sources.
I have only one client available for testing now. Could someone with the same problem test it?
Probably it's not the right solution yet, but it could give a hint to Martin what the underlying problem is.
Regards, Patrick Hi Patrick, I have two computers of the same spec that have stopped announcing NDI since .53 how do you disable IPV6? thank you

I had to resolve to issue on a clients machine quick so its running an older version again, I will spin up a spare boc and try the IPv6 workaround. I need the latest version to fix the facebook API issues with social anyways, brb :)

I have tested .53 on a few machines now and disabling IP v6 does seem to help, I also noticed on a couple of machines that after fixing it, you can re-enable IP v6 again and it didnt seem to create further issues.
Machines running a mix of Windows 7 & 10 (all x64) on intel CPUs and 8 or 16GB RAM

Just for developers ref, I always tune my machines with no powersave (including the devices) so thats nothing to do with it. I have a mix of NICs on my test machines, that didnt seem to make any difference. Turning off IP v6 did though, re-enabling it after didnt create the same issue. Standard DHCP here via house router, only tweak is using Gogle DNS on 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 for IPv4

Re-enabling IPv6 doesn't work on my machine, the issue appears again.

NewTek have provided us with what we hope is a permanent fix to the recent discovery issues. Before releasing a full vMix update, here is an updated NDI DLL you can test first if possible: https://www.vmix.com/download/NDIFix352.zipInstall instructions: 1. Close vMix 2. Extract the DLL from the zip file 3. Copy this DLL file into the C:\Program Files (x86)\vMix\NDI\x64 folder overwriting the existing copy. After the problem is confirmed resolved we will release an official vMix update. Thanks! Martin vMix

Hi Martin
On my test client, the new version of the dll is working and the NDI sources form .53 are announced again.
My other computers are on production now, so no chance to test it on different clients.
Let's see what the feedback of the other testers is.
Regards, Patrick
