Anyone else facing issues with vMix social getting user images from FB? On clicking on the image I get this Quote:

I had the same problem yesterday during a live show.
I could use twitter & Youtube Comments, but did not get the facebook-comments. Means: i looks like in your screenshot. And: i was not able to send it to the lower-third.
Anyone els? Any Sugestions? Or is that a know Issue? It startet perhaps during the day. In the morning while testing it works. But in the evening it suddenly did not work any more on facebook.
I´m not sure if that differs from country to country. My show was in german (aired on the Page of the HuffPost Germany). Perhaps this is a clue?
Looking forward to any help or update!

For those who doubt which software to buy... How quickly can you get a solution (and for something that's not your fault).

fb has stopped letting you pull names and profile pictures from videos that aren't yours, are you pulling from a video on a page that's owned by the account you used to log in?

I have updated all software, and still have the same problem. Vmix Social basically becomes inoperable when I even start to interact with FB. I'm logged in, but it tells me I don't have permissions for my own show. I've been doing this for months, and now this happens and I can NOT get Vmix Social to recognize my access to my page, AND I get the broken images if I use the "URL" method, and again, I have to force quit Vmix social because one I engage at ALL with FB the whole program cannot be controlled with my mouse. I can't close it, move the window, click a button or anything. I have to force close it.

the only other thing I've seen is that once the new code is generated you need to go live within a few minutes or it won't work
