Problem:
Can't hear the VMIX master output via headphones or speakers. (Other software works fine)
The master output is streaming and recording correctly

VMIX Configuration:
Both master output and headphones are matched to Default Windows Playback Device

Audio Advanced settings are:
Master Sample rate 48000
Master bit rate 16 bit PCM

Recording Audio: vMix Audio
Format: 48000Hz 16 bit 2 Channels

Windows Audio mixer:
VMIX appears within the applications and is enabled

Computer: brand new ASUS GL702V
vMix version 20.0.0.51x 64

I've spent about one hour searching the forum for a solution to this. Also compared the audio configurations with several other VMIX computers that I have.
I've been a VMIX user for several years now.

Thanks in advance for any help on this

Have you got 'S' SOLO enabled on one of you're channels in the audio mixer, this would cause this if its been clicked and forgotten about

Nope, as you can see in the attached screenshot no 'S' is marked.
Thank you anyway!

Why are you routing the vMix outputs for Master and Headphones to the same physical output? How do you connect your Speakers and Headphones at the same time to one physical output? What is your "Default Windows Playback Device" and are your Speakers or Headphones connected to this device? Please check in Windows Sound Manager.
