waveform / vectorscope features

adding a tool (vectorscope, and a waveform monitor) to help in setting up
cameras might be a very nice feature for vmix.

you might put them as tabs on the settings for the input channel, or have
the preview screen able to toggle between preview / vectorscope / waveform.
might be pre post video settings, so you can see how well they are working.
(set preview screen as waveform monitor / vectorscope, and then select inputs to check them.)

+1, but I think it only makes sense when we have color correction/shading implemented.
