hi martin, this might just be a minor thing but i noticed that when cropping an input in a multiview i can only crop the input when it is in overlay over the other input.
when i want to crop the input side by side i first have to drag it over the other input and crop it and then drag it back into place ( drag as in positioning x an y).

Hi Stefan,
Could you provide a step by step in re-creating the issue? It sounds like something that could be quickly fixed but I am unable to replicate it thus far!
Regards,
Martin vMix

Check your custom recording filename format, looks like you have some extra spaces that are causing problems.

Space wasn't a problem - when I choose MJPEG codec, saving video delay works normal (files are created, when Cineform they're not). Normal recording to Cineform works without any problem.

What resolution is the video delay and what is the Cineform software version? (This is different to the codec version, you can find out the software version using the system tray icon and going to About)

EDIT: I final version of vMix 11 will implement support for RGB formats into CineForm But I would recommend using UYVY in vMix performance settings for the best performance and CPU usage anyway.

Mauro Cesar wrote:Hi Martin, I made these suggestions in version 6 "Vmix". Is it interesting? Objective: 1-Set up the side of the screen where the transition is performed. 2-reverse the order of the transition (A-B / B-A) Suggestion: 1-Create a controller input position effect. 2-Create a button to reverse direction. 3-In the overlay, create output effect. Mauro. UPDATE: To open "FTB" I have to click it again. I suggest that the "FTB" could open with the other effect buttons (running effect corresponding to the button clicked). Could use key combination, if any (Shift + button effects).

Nice improvements, especially like the saved delay list. Just some small improvements that would make it much better:
1. When selecting a different item in saved delay list while the input is in Output, start to play the item. This would be a similar functionality that the list already has and would require less shortcuts.
2. Automatically jump to the next saved video delay item when the previous item has ended playing. This would also be a similar functionality that the list already has.
3. Add the newest item as the first item of the saved delay list, and not as the last. This is very important, because after the goal its important to replay the goal from three angles, and not something that happened 40min ago. Also keep the first item active, if it was active before, so the saved replays can go live with one click of a button.
4. Introduce a shortcut - SaveAllDelays.
Thanks, Dundurs

A last minute small feature request, if possible:
Add option to record only the first channel pf vMix audio (mono recording), and not both channels of vMix audio.

Dundurs,
The suggestions you have made will probably need to be discussed a bit further for the next release.
Most users I think would want to loop a single saved video delay clip rather than have it move to the next one. This is why the video delay list works a bit differently to a normal list.
Also, a user may have queued up a position on a previous clip while saving a new one, so to have it suddenly jump in and replace what they had ready to go may be unexpected for some. It is only a couple of clips to activate it anyway.
Regards,
Martin vMix

Yes, I agree that jumping to a new clip might might be unexpected and cause problems in some cases. But regarding the loop functionality, I would suggest to introduce a 5th check-box "Automatically play the next item in the list" under input settings and everyone is happy :) And use also the same functionality for the old list input.
