Hello,
I ordered the vMix 4k key a week ago, we made a transfer. The key was supposed to be on our e-mail after 3 days. To this day, silence. I wrote about this through the form on the website vmix.com. I still do not have an answer. I need a key for transmission on Sunday.

vMix support via the email form is amazingly quick. If you don’t get a reply today contact them again. Also if you have a vMix user name and login you should be able to find your key there

Did you order from vmix.com or from a reseller. The reply from vmix.com with your key would have been immediate. Most resellers process theirs manually. If from vmix.com, contact info@vmix.com for assistance. If from a reseller, contact the reseller directly.
