What is the biggest factor to getting the most consistent frame rate going full screen out of a video card? We have a GeForce GT 640 I believe. It looks like we are not getting a consistent 30fps on the fullscreen which is emulating the final output. It looks as if we are getting about between 25 and 30fps but it is not consistent. Any ideas?

i7 Quad Core
8Gb of ram
GeForce GT 640
Output is from the HDMI port of the video card.

What is the Render Time saying at the bottom of vMix?

This will rise based on the number of inputs until eventually the graphics card cannot cope and starts dropping frames.
It should optimally be under 25ms.
