I am trying to find a live over video chat API

Something I can add to our stream.

Any ideas where I can find something like this?

Like how periscope has. or HQ Trivia has.

Something I can add to my wordpress site - but on the live stream - it would show up as a live chat overlay

I do this in HTML, by creating two side by side frames and running my stream on the left and a chat engine on the right. We run a local server with PHPFreechat.
If I recall, I have an iframe stream page left, and another iframe page right containing the chat window (next to it). No problems with it...
