is vmix can detect and receive video from "NewTek Connect Spark"? if yes, is there a special configuration I need to do either on vmix or the "NewTek Connect Spark" device it self?

Can you detect and receive video from the Connect Spark using NewTek's Studio/Video Monitor app (that's part of their NDI Tools)? If so, then I'd expect vMix to be able to receive it also. If not, then it could be that you have not installed the Spark's NDI|HX driver, which is required on each PC system receiving NDI video from the Spark.

I'm using three Sparks with vMix. Just install the NDI|HX driver and you can see them as NDI resources in vMix. No special configuration needed.
