hi martin, for low bandwidth livestreaming i would like to have the option to stream at 15 fps. this is possible within fmle but i can not get lower than the basic framerate in vmix being 25 fps.

the streaming settings allow for a lower framerate but this is overwritten by the framerate under settings external.

is there a workaround or is this a feature request.

greetings
stefan

I just stumbled on this and I second this - there appears to be no way to stream at 15fps which effectively halves the necessary bandwidth needed for crap bandwidth locations which, unfortunately, is a reality for certain situations.

I've got the same wish:
I like to use ffmpeg with 15fps.

And also 15 fps for the inputs and output. (than vMix uses less resources)

Hi, and thanks for Vmix :)

I have the exact same feature request.
We also need, for example, 1 fps if it's possible.

If Vmix provide n fps to FMLE then FMLE can encode rtmp stream with this n fps.
This feature would be fantastic for our usage.
Thank you.

Not sure about FFMPEG, but FMLE can be run from outside vMix and every setting can be tweaked to your liking, including the FPS. Just have to use the vMix External as the input to FMLE.

If you use 15fps in FMLE the filesize can increase, I noticed 1.5x bigger output file.
vMix should have a 15fps output option (saves a lot of cpu/gpu)
