Hello everyone

Having some issues hosting a Vmix Call, keep getting this error message

Running a 4K license and have never had this issue before. Have checked firewall, different cables, restarts on rig and routers etc.
Anyone else having issues with this or know of any other possible fixes. This was working last week with no issues.
On a time limit here as I have show going live in 7 hours and this is a needed element.

Works for me. Can get to vmixcall.com in a browser and also initiate a call via vMix. Try establishing a hotspot and put your vmix PC on a different network and try again.

Hi,

This error usually means your license is no longer valid.
If you have upgraded recently, note the old key can no longer be used.

You can drop us an email at info@vmix.com.au to investigate further noting your license key.

Thanks Martin,
Seems this production rig didn't get changed over when we upgraded to the PRO key.
All seems to be working fine now !
