I have had this issue many times, and most of the time it was coming from a laptop ...as soon as I unplug the laptop, the noise stopped....I then used a DI box and passed the audio from the laptop through it...other times, I had to change audio cables that are not wired the same.....especially home made cables....I would disconnect everything from the PC, and reconnect them one at a time to see which cable or device is causing the noise, and replace it, or in one case I had to use a ground lift adapter on a power cable....but those noises can be very disturbing...
