Hi,

I use vMix Church HD (latest version).

I'm using Korg nanoKontrol 2 midi device, to control vmix and it works very good.
I'm unable to use activators, but that might be a incompatibility issue.

My real issue here is that sometimes the controller work at first and most of the times he doesn't.
Open vMix, load my save preset and it works but most of the times l, i have to go to settings/shortcuts and disable the nanokontrol, press ok and enable it again.

Guess this is not a normal behaviour, just here is mine experience.

Thanks

Are the USB devices plugged in the same port every time? That makes a different some times. Not allways, I have USB cams that are allways plugged in the same port but one of them is off-line after loading presets.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

Yes the controller is always on the same usb port.
It just happens with vmix. If i run the korg configurator, it always recognizes the device.

I would like to know if anyone uses this device and would like to share the experience.

Next friday at our church, i´m going to try another usb port and see if the behaviour is identical or not.

Regards
