Many of you are constantly interacting with and complimenting your shows with information from the net.
Does anti-virus software work well with vMix?
What is the proper way to keep a nice clean unsullied version of vMix intact?

I've used Windows Defender and Avast on systems with vMix with no issues.
You may want to make sure there are no schedule scans set for when you will be using your system for a production to keep system resources free'd up. I personally turn off all schedule scans and only scan when I feel its needed, however I'm not an average user.
Try to keep your vMix system from being used as a day to day web browsing, gaming, personal use, etc.

I use Windows Defender on all my computers, I'm also not the average user and I know not to click on every link I see... ;-)
I've tried several other Antivirus, but lots of them are CPU intensive... I have no schedules scans and I make sure all is updated before I set my computer to work...
