Good evening everyone. I have an Elgato HD60 and am trying to stream games from my phone onto vMix. I followed the instructions (https://www.vmix.com/knowledgebase/article.aspx/136/setting-up-elgato-capture-devices-with-vmix), but when I plugged it in the video appeared, but I didn't have any audio. Conversely, when I opened it through the Elgato capture software, the audio was fine. I am assuming there is probably some settings I have to change in vMix, but I don't know what those are. I have a Behringer USB audio mixer if that makes a difference. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use the Elgato speakers, or how to set everything up in vMix.
Also, when I was recording the video was smooth and crisp. When I watched it back, however, it's extremely choppy. Again, I know this is probably a settings thing, but I don't know enough about all of this to know how to configure this. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I was able to figure out the audio, but my video is still choppy.
Does anyone know what recording settings I should have? I don't know if it's choppy because my settings are too high or too low for the elgato. Any help would be very much appreciated!

From vMix link Setting up Elgato Capture Devices Quote:vMix currently supports the following Elgato Capture Devices: Game Capture HD60S Game Capture HD60 Pro So if you have a HD60, it is not supported by vMix. Though it may work to some degree but not properly.

Sorry, I have an HD60S, I made a mistake. I still can't get it to work without being choppy. Has anyone else had success using the elgato HD60S? I'm wondering if it matters what input settings or recording settings are used.

I've only seen that when there's a mismatch. Check the camera is exactly the same res and frame rate as your whole vmix project which is in your output settings - I had that when I used a mobile phone Nd I on a 720p project to test a replay recording.. the Nd I mobile app is 640p, although it let me bring it in and use it I had the same problem
