We're having issues recording broadcasts, specifically to an AVI container to then import into Premiere Pro for post.
Running vMix 20.0.0.30 on a clean install of Windows 10. ASUS Z370-PRO MB, i7-8700K, 32GB Ram, GA-GT-1080i.
I have tried various codecs with .avi format and having endless troubles.
Latest recording was using AVI container, MJPEG DMO with a new file every 10 minutes. The audio is fine however the first 3-5 seconds of each file the video is just a static image. Additionally, Premiere Pro fails to load the AVI files correctly, importing only the first 2:50 of each file.
Previously we have also tried the NewTek SHQ codec into AVI container. 20min files. Some AVI files import correctly, others only import partially. With the SHQ codec, audio sync is erratic. Generally getting worse through the recording.
Any ideas/ suggestions?
