Upgraded from version 16 to version 20 using a new PC at the same time. On former PC our PTZ camera inputs were at 29.97 fps but when I installed version 20 on the new PC that setting gave us a very poor image especially when we panned the cameras. Switched to 60 fps and problem cleared up. Curious as to why we had to make that change. Was it because of a new PC, or version 20 vs version 16?

With the new PC, did you get a new capture device?

No, same capture devices. Asking more out of curiosity than anything else.
