Hello everyone. I work with vmix HD version 20. Since when i live on facebook sometimes the live generates the color bars i wanted to know if it's already happened to someone and maybe how can i overcome the problem because in order to restore the streaming i have to restart the machine. Thanks for the attention.

How are you streaming to Facebook? Using the vMix Streamer or a different method?

I use vmix streaming. it always works fine but sometimes when I move from one project to another I create this anomaly.

Did anyone get an answer to this problem? I'm having the same issue over the last week where it will stream the audio fine but the video is streaming only color bars but I have a file or LIVE feed playing on VMix. I have to stop and restart the stream anywhere from 2 times to 8 times is the most so far... Very frustrating. And I'm using v19

Unfortunately, even with version 20 the problem persists and on the forums there are no explanations or solutions. I solved by streaming with an external machine with Adobe flash media live encoder.
