I have a problem with my new hdmi extender. When I do "add input / camera" I have a blue screen. Do you know how to answer my problem? I have a extender bought two years ago, identical to what I bought today, but this creates this problem. Transmitter and receiver communicate. I also connected the old receiver to the new transmitter and it works perfectly. My capture card is a black magic mini recorder.

Open desktop video for BM< and see if the input sees a signal-- be sure to match it in your input settings....
