I would like to see a new type of transition (let's call it frame injection).
it would be a simple cut from current source to another source and back for a fixed amount of frame.
so in setting you would need a new parameter to allow choosing how many frames you want to inject.
this way when you use that transition , it would simply inject a fixed amount of frame from source B into source A.
there would be many uses as marking video with information (subliminal or not).
the parameters for that transition could also contains a field for making it loopable (after a particular number of time, frame , or randomly)
this would be useful to display a logo at picture's corner for example.
Or you can see that on some youtube channel when people offers giveaways, then display gift code for a very short amount of time.
