With the vMix HD license, is it possible to send different screens to Fullscreen and External output? I'd like to use Fullscreen to send out a Multiview, and External to send out a program feed over SDI. Is this possible with the HD license, or does it require the 4k or pro version?

Yes, vMix HD can do that.
The "FullScreen" display is variable and different from the Record/Stream/External Output.
The "External Output" (although also variable) is the "Program Output" and is what will be Recorded and/or Streamed based on source chosen.
