Hi George, You should be able to put the URL and Stream details from your YouTube account directly into the Streaming feature in vMix. As I don't have a YouTube Live account it's hard to know for sure if they require AAC audio encoding, if they do then the following article also needs to be considered; http://forums.vmix.com.a....aspx?g=posts&t=1162Regards, Martin vMix

Thanks Martin. I'll keep looking at it. Think (???) I'm closer than I was but no "Gold Ring" yet.
If anyone else out there has a any advice or experience about using vMix with YouTube Live it will be very much appreciated.
George

I tried using YouTube Live with vMix today, but after few seconds it warns me to change keyframe frequency to 2 instead of 5. I can do this on FMLE, but can I in vMix?

Hello, I got vMix to work with YouTube Live and it works fairly well. Just want to say thanks to everyone at vMix for all your efforts with this software. If anyone wants to have a look at the YouTube live stream I did with vMix here's the link: Please overlook the settings in this video as I was in test mode here. ~George
