I am trying to connect with an encoder using a Transport stream. The stream does connect but the pic has many problems. It only is updating the top few lines and the rest of the pic is very broken up. The encoder is a Marshall VS-102.

Any suggestions.

BTW I can see it on VLC using UDP://@:5000 where 5000 is the port the encoder is pushing to.
