We are getting an occasional error message when trying to record, saying "Recording has not been configured." When we go in and change a number on our date (which is how we label our recordings), close the error message and try again everything seems to record just fine. This error doesn't happen every time, so we are mystified. It seems to happen more often if we save our preset, shut down the computer, turn it back on again. We name our recordings with just the date (9-10-17) for example, and always save to our desktop. Help!

Hi first check your recording settings: - make sure your filename format is valid - activate this option "Automatically Setup Recording With Previous Settings" https://www.vmix.com/help20/Recording1.htmlHope this helps Guillaume
