@ Frluk
Are you getting an error message? What is your internet connection like and what are your stream settings? Usually Facebook will stop your stream if your system and/or internet can't keep up with the settings you're trying to stream at (because it thinks you've stopped since it's not getting the data).

Hi.
Ty for your reply.
It seems that the stream stops at the Vmixx end not the Facebook end. In other words the stream icon in Vmixx goes from red back to grey and Facebook just hangs.
As regards to settings...I have had a look at these but I am not sure which one(s) I should be changing.
I have had a little bit of flucuation in adsl connection recently but I dont think it is this since twice it has stopped streaming after the same 15min period.
I really hope I can get solid streaming going...we seem to have problems all the time.. Also getting system freezes...overheating etc...haha...
One thing...I think.using google chrome in Win10 is a bad idea for streaming...it might be causing the freezes.
We continue to experiment !!!

Hi
your issue is definitely not on the vMix side. There is no limitation for streaming time and vMix is very reliable.
As suggested, you should check not having issues with your connection.
Facebook is not a very reliable streaming platform, you should consider testing another service to see if it does the same. As of Facebook, you might also experience a block if your stream containes copyrighted material.

Ok ! Thanks for the replies. I am relatively new to streaming so I do need to test other ways of doing it..
One question...
We are trying to live stream dj sets on Facebook....in fact we have been doing it for a while now... also we want to do this on youtube...
Is there a way to stream the event using a different platform than facebook and then somehow linking it back to facebook afterwards ?
