As we draw closer to IBC, folks might be interested to learn more about Sienna Cloud for NDI - the unique service which allows you to send video between your NDI Devices over the public internet.

Unlike using tools like Skype, or VMix Call, Cloud for NDI allows for higher quality, explicit control of bandwidth, supports [img][/img]full HD and UHD, multichannel audio, is 'always-on', delivers frame accurate sync between multicam sources and supports as many channels as your bandwidth and CPU can handle. A cloud based configuration system offers flexible control of your software defined IP video network.

The new website has just launched and it contains lots of information about the upcoming service. If this interests you, please register to receive news and for a chance to get an early adopter account when the public beta begins soon.

Cloud for NDI is already being used by leading NDI users to backhaul multicam sports from Stadiums to a central NDI studio, to connect video production studios from New York to California and lots of other exciting applications.

Another company is running Cloud for NDI, Vmix and a CG all inside VMs on Azure.

We all know that NDI on a LAN is great. Cloud for NDI on a WAN gets really interesting.....

Check it out at http://sienna.cloud
