When I do a vmix call, will the person I'm conferencing with hear other audio I might play. ie...I'm on the vmix call and I want the caller to hear the audio from a video I have so we can discuss it. Will the caller hear that audio?

Yes, typically, whatever your vMix Output is, is what they hear by default (less themselves thanks to vMixCall's built-in mix-minus).
