I am wondering what is the difference between these two inputs: Stream vs Flash/RTMP.

I would really like to capture the 'STREAMING OUTPUT" of one computer as an input to my vMix computer. The rationale is I want the video before it goes out to the CDN, it would be an undesirable long delay waiting to capture it from the CDN.

So, If I am streaming on computer A, what input (and syntax) do I use to capture the stream on a vMix computer on the same network?
