Strange that sometimes a keyboard shortcut need a double click to perform

example: one shortcut for snapshot , another to add (+=1) value to a title
the one for snapshot often needs a double click. after saving trying to use the add to title one also needs a double click
once done only single click needed to keep adding

(annoying) bug or feature ?

windows10 v19 and 2x

not limited to one specific laptop !

easy to miss a title not to update for example !
